Payment Terms
- 30% booking amount: payable at the time of booking.
- 40% after hotel vouchers: payable after hotel vouchers are issued and shared with the customer.
- 30% on arrival: remaining balance payable on arrival.
Cancellation Conditions
- 15 days or more before trip start: 100% refund of the amount paid.
- 8–14 days before trip start: 50% of the total package amount will be deducted.
- 7 days or less before trip start: 100% of the total package amount will be deducted; no refund will be provided.
Cancellation requests must be sent in writing. Please confirm these terms with the company before making a booking.
